Most AV firms scale by volume — more trucks, more techs, more open invoices. We chose the opposite.
A focused calendar means the engineer who walked your room is the same one who terminates your wire, the same one who calibrates your projector at midnight on day one, and the same one who picks up the phone in year four when the firmware update breaks the keypad.
It also means we say no often. Projects we can't engineer well, scopes we can't deliver on, partners who don't share our standards — all turned down so the projects we accept get the studio's full attention.
Our Oklahoma City workshop is where every system gets built and burned in before it ships — a working space, not a showroom. You're welcome by appointment, but the best first meeting happens where the work will live: your rooms, your light, your walls. We'll come to you.
